Rahman abdrahman041972@gmail.com
The digital era has significantly transformed various aspects of life, including Islamic education within the family. This study examines how Muslim families navigate the challenges and opportunities of raising children in the digital age. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis of relevant literature, the findings reveal that digitalization facilitates access to Islamic learning resources, such as e-books, online lectures, and educational apps. However, challenges include exposure to un-Islamic digital content, gadget addiction, and reduced face-to-face family interaction. To address these issues, Muslim families can adopt strategies like monitoring technology use, leveraging positive digital media, and integrating Islamic values into parenting. The study highlights the crucial role of parents as facilitators in guiding children to use technology wisely and in line with Islamic principles. Additionally, Islamic educational institutions and policymakers should contribute by establishing regulations and educational programs that promote healthy technology use in family-based Islamic education. For future research, empirical studies using quantitative or in-depth qualitative methods are recommended to explore digital-based Islamic education across diverse cultural and social contexts. Further evaluation of technology-driven Islamic learning methods is also needed to provide more specific and actionable recommendations.
2025-09-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Abd. Indonesia’s economic progress remains less inclusive, hindered by infrastructure disparities and centralized development legacies. To address regional inequalities, the government implemented village funds since 2015, aiming to spur rural development. Using a quantitative approach, this research applies the Difference-in-Difference (DID) method to analyze panel data from Indonesian districts and cities between 2011 and 2019. The study compares treatment areas receiving village funds to control areas without such funding, controlling for infrastructure, population, poverty, education, and other socioeconomic factors. Findings reveal that village fund allocations positively and significantly contribute to economic growth and development indicators, reflected in improved infrastructure and increased economic activities, such as the proliferation of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Although the impact is statistically significant, it remains relatively modest, suggesting room for improved fund utilization and distribution mechanisms. The research highlights the need for continued provision of village funds alongside enhanced accountability to maximize developmental benefits. This study addresses a critical aspect of Indonesia’s inclusive growth agenda, demonstrating the role of decentralized funding in rural economic empowerment. The robust methodological approach and empirical evidence support policy recommendations for sustaining and optimizing village fund programs to foster balanced regional development nationwide.
2025-09-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Sofyana, Afni Abdul Manan, Ardiansyah, Indriyani Aprilya, Riyanti https://mail.teunulehjournal.com/index.php/jiteunuleh/article/view/199 Education and Human Resource Management in Driving National Economic Growth 2025-05-09T02:59:36+00:00 Cindi Permata Sari afniabdulmanan@utu.ac.id Afni Abdul Manan afniabdulmanan@utu.ac.id Risma Zani afniabdulmanan@utu.ac.id Sulaiha Sulaiha afniabdulmanan@utu.ac.id Almustaqin Almustaqin afniabdulmanan@utu.ac.id
The role of education and human resource (HR) management in supporting national economic growth, especially amidst the challenges of globalization and digital transformation. The objective of this research is to identify and analyze strategies for developing education and HR that can drive Indonesia's economic progress. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using content analysis of relevant studies concerning education, HR development, and their impact on the economy, particularly in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. The results show that education especially vocational education and industry-based training plays a vital role in enhancing workforce skills aligned with labor market demands. Additionally, the integration of technology and digitalization in HR management contributes to increased efficiency and productivity. The conclusion of this study suggests that improving the quality of education, strengthening vocational training, and leveraging technology in HR systems should be prioritized in national economic development strategies. Synergy between the government, educational institutions, and industries is essential to create competitive and high-quality human capital on a global scale.
2025-09-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Cindi Permata Sari, Afni Abdul Manan, Risma Zani, Sulaiha Sulaiha, Almustaqin https://mail.teunulehjournal.com/index.php/jiteunuleh/article/view/212 The Concept of Legal Protection for Children Victims of Sexual Crimes in the Perspective of Islamic Law 2025-07-12T01:08:29+00:00 Harry Kurniawan harrykurniawanfb@gmail.com
Sexual crimes against children are serious violations of human rights and dignity that have long-term physical, psychological, and social impacts. In this context, legal protection of children is an urgent imperative. This study aims to analyze the concept of legal protection for children victims of sexual crimes from the perspective of Islamic law, as well as its relevance to the national legal system in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative research with a normative-juridical approach through literature studies on fiqh literature, the Qur’an, hadith, and laws and regulations. The results of the study show that the principles of Islamic law contained in maq??id al-syar?’ah, such as the protection of the soul (?if? al-nafs), reason (?if? al-’aql), and heredity (?if? al-nasl), expressly emphasize the protection of children from sexual crimes. In addition, the Islamic legal system is not only repressive against the perpetrators, but also emphasizes restoration and justice for the victims. This study concludes that the integration of Islamic legal principles into the national legal system can strengthen child protection in a holistic and equitable manner.
2025-09-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Harry Kurniawan https://mail.teunulehjournal.com/index.php/jiteunuleh/article/view/200 Analysis of The Impact of Public Budget and Economic Growth on Poverty Reduction 2025-08-29T02:08:52+00:00 Syahril Syahril syahril@utu.ac.id Irmayani Irmayani irmayani@utu.ac.id M. Using a multiple linear regression method, the findings indicate that APBA has a negative and significant effect on the poverty rate, with a coefficient of -1.69 and a p-value < 0.01. This result suggests that every 1 trillion rupiah increase in regional spending has the potential to reduce the poverty rate by 1.69%, especially when allocated to strategic sectors such as education, health, and infrastructure. In contrast, PEPA does not show a significant impact on the poverty rate (p = 0.745; coefficient = -0.086), reinforcing findings in the literature that economic growth is not always inclusive and tends to overlook poor groups if not accompanied by equitable income distribution. This study underscores the importance of well-targeted public spending in alleviating poverty and the need to shift focus from aggregate economic growth toward more inclusive and equitable development strategies.
2025-09-12T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Syahril, Irmayani, M. Indonesia, the most populous Muslim-majority nation, holds a distinctive role in the global pilgrimage sphere, administering the highest yearly Hajj quota. The Hajj, though a religious duty, is administered in Indonesia in a manner that extends beyond spiritual aspects, intertwining with economic, political, and diplomatic considerations. This research employs a descriptive-qualitative methodology, utilizing Miles and Huberman's analysis, to investigate the evolution of pilgrimage services into a substantial economic sector that creates employment, invigorates regional economies, and promotes bilateral collaboration. The Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) is pivotal in directing substantial religious donations into national development initiatives. Nonetheless, intersecting restrictions, operational inefficiencies, and ethical dilemmas expose systemic constraints. The results underscore how Hajj governance embodies Indonesia's overarching diplomatic aspirations, especially in utilizing religio-cultural capital for foreign policy and economic strategy. This research enhances scholarship by reconceptualizing Hajj management as a tool of economic diplomacy rather than simply a logistical-religious duty. It emphasizes the necessity for open, ethical, and innovative governance to augment Indonesia’s soft power while guaranteeing equitable and spiritually enriching pilgrimage experiences.
2025-09-15T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Marenda Majid, Aisyah Nabilah Azhaar, NDR Ayu Nurdiana, Zakiyya Nisa Febriana, Affifah Nisa Febriana https://mail.teunulehjournal.com/index.php/jiteunuleh/article/view/203 A Textbook Oriented Towards Critical Thinking Skills on The IPAS Subject (Energy Crisis) for Primary School 2025-08-29T02:06:23+00:00 Kartono Kartono kartono@fkip.untan.ac.id Dyoty Auliya Vilda Ghasya dyoty@fkip.untan.ac.id Rio Pranata riopranata@fkip.untan.ac.id Ricka Tesi Muskania ricka.tesi.muskania@fkip.untan.ac.id Muhammad Irfan Izudin muhammad.irfan.izudin@fkip.untan.ac.id Anggi Fatmadiwi anggifatmadiwi@student.untan.ac.id Rofidatul Mu’afiyah rofidatul.muafiyah@student.untan.ac.id
Critical thinking is not a skill that develops on its own. The program aims to improve students' Qur'anic reading skills, reinforce religious character, and instill Islamic values from an early age. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation involving teachers, students, school principals, and parents. Findings reveal that the program is implemented systematically through methods such as talaqqi, drilling, and audiovisual aids, integrated into daily learning activities. Most students showed significant progress in reading fluency (fashahah), proper pronunciation (makharijul huruf), and understanding of tajwid rules. The success of the program is supported by teacher commitment, parental involvement, and varied learning methods. However, the study also notes challenges such as inconsistent reading practice among students and differences in initial reading ability. The program proves to be a promising model for holistic religious education, though it requires sustained guidance and support to achieve consistent outcomes.
2025-09-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Istisnawati Muhammad Husien, Azhar, Zubaidah https://mail.teunulehjournal.com/index.php/jiteunuleh/article/view/228 The Transformation of Islamic Education in The Era of Artificial Intelligence (AI) 2025-10-06T15:58:51+00:00 Rosmaini Rosmaini rosm84325@gmail.com
The transformation of Islamic education in the era of artificial intelligence (AI) opens up great opportunities to improve the quality, effectiveness, and relevance of learning. This article aims to examine in depth the potential, challenges, and ethical framework in the use of AI for Islamic education. Using the literature review method, various scientific literature is thematically analyzed to identify patterns, findings, and strategic recommendations. The results of the study show that AI is able to provide a more personalized, adaptive, and efficient learning experience through features such as chatbots, automated evaluations, and interactive learning. However, significant challenges also arise, including limited infrastructure, low digital competence of teachers, unprepared curriculum, and concerns about the degradation of human and spiritual values. The key findings of this article are that AI integration should be governed within an Islamic ethical framework centered on the principles of sharia maqashid, specifically hifz al-din (protection of religion) and hifz al-aql (protection of reason). This article contributes by offering a character-centric model of AI integration and positioning AI as a tool that is subject to humanist values, rather than as an essential substitute for the role of murabbi. A comprehensive strategy is needed, including curriculum reform, strengthening teacher competence, and ethical regulations based on local wisdom. This article offers a comprehensive technology integration strategy through curriculum updates, strengthening teachers' digital competencies, cross-sector collaboration, and the development of contextual Islamic learning content.
2025-09-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Rosmaini
